Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Personal Training Sessions 1. Payment Structure All personal training sessions provided by SQS Private Limited are conducted on a "pay as you wish" basis. Clients are encouraged to contribute an amount they feel is appropriate for the services rendered. 2. Donation of Proceeds Terrance Cheong Jun Yao will be responsible for collecting all proceeds from personal training sessions. All funds collected will be donated to a registered charity organization or a non-profit organization as determined by SQS Private Limited. 3. Right to Cancel or Restrict Participation The organizer reserves the right to cancel any sessions or restrict participation to certain individuals based on discretion and organizational policies. 4. Indemnification By participating in personal training sessions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQS Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any loss, damages, theft, or death arising from your participation in these sessions. This includes any claims, liabilities, expenses, or demands that may arise. 5. Agreement By engaging in our personal training services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
