He designed the Project X program as a way to empower people to take charge of their lives by equipping them with the necessary knowledge to make lifestyle changes which improve quality of life, from having a better understanding of nutrition, doing the "right" type of exercises at home and improving one's posture.

Rachel knows the importance of staying fit and active. She thrives on adrenaline and often seen as one of the hardest workers in and outside of the gym when it comes to health and fitness. Hanzel’s journey as a trainer at TMV started after a successful Project X as a trainee herself at the same gym. Being scrawny & small most of her life, Hanzel was amazed by her own 10 week transformation & now vows to share the wonders that diet & nourishment can do for our bodies, aside from an exercise plan.
With more than a decade in sports, education & coaching, Hanzel is very result-driven & aims to achieve your desired fitness goals with just a 1 hour per day commitment. Your toned body, renewed confidence & radiance will be her greatest reward.

City is a careful and precise trainer that observes and adjust accordingly to personal needs and their potential he is an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, First Aid & CPR AED certified and have the flexibility of knowledge and techniques that will help anyone achieve their fitness or aesthetic goals. Your safety and well-being will not be forfeited through out your transformation.
He is a keen leaner and always spends his free time keeping up with the latest research on fitness in order to solve problems for his clients. From sleep issues to mobility issues, City is constantly searching for ways to help his clients.

Jas is a full time mother of 3 turned rep counter. She initially joined Project X as a client and had under went numerous seasons. She was amazed by the process of change that she wanted to help others to do the same.
She come's with a bundle of handy tips especially for young mothers to handle time management to prioritising, recipes for cooking healthier meals and providing you with knowledge on what is important to cultivate healthy habits. She has both the necessary interpersonal and technical skill sets to help you to embark on a healthier you!
