Jas is a full time mother of 3 turned rep counter. She initially joined Project X as a client and had under went numerous seasons. She was amazed by the process of change that she wanted to help others to do the same.

 

She come's with a bundle of handy tips especially for young mothers to handle time management to prioritising, recipes for cooking healthier meals and providing you with knowledge on what is important to cultivate healthy habits. She has both the necessary interpersonal and technical skill sets to help you to embark on a healthier you!

Genie Teo

In-House Personal Trainer

Genie a certified personal trainer, a mom of two (15 & 3), and someone who once had zero fitness background.

After a miscarriage during COVID, she decided to take control of her health. With support from the founder PT at HRC, she lost 20kg—then got pregnant again. Postpartum, she back to HRC again but with the past experience very fast she regain her body and confidence.

That journey inspired her to get certified, and now she is here to help others—especially fellow moms and beginners—start their own transformation.

She a friendly, bubbly lady who knows real change takes time, heart, and support. If you’re ready to take that first step, she is ready be with you every step of the way.
